Where can I find free wifi access in Shanghai?

I’m going to Shanghai for a week and am bringing my laptop. Where can I go to access free wifi or maybe pay for it?

St-Regis and Shangri-la Hotels, and many other places: all Chatea restaurants, Ruzzi, at Vienna Coffee Shop, Luna Coffee Shop, Super Brand Shopping Mall, etc.
