How do I connect using a free dial up internet service online?

I found a website that offers free dial-up that I would like to have. But I have to download the link to get it of course. So my question is how do I get that free internet when I don’t have internet to put it on my computer in the first place? Any help would be phenomenal.

dont even try going there…. dial up sucks… takes like 2 days for a page to load.

You have to plug a phone line into the computer.
