The FREE ISP Network takes Email Abuse VERY seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our Anti-Spam Policy.

The FREE ISP Network is in the business of providing high quality discount and free Internet Access services to all it's members and subscribers. We will not tolerate unsolicited commercial email being routed on our systems. Enjoy the service and have fun telling friends about your new Internet Provider, but make sure you do it in a responsible way. Do not ever use mass emailing as a way to promote the FREE ISP Network -- or anything for that matter.

One of our priority responsibilities is to protect the privacy of our members and to create a better Internet Environment in general. 

Please read our Anti-Spam Policy carefully as we have zero tolerance towards any kinds of spamming activities. 

Our Policy: The FREE ISP Network will terminate the account of any subscriber found to be actively engaged in the sending of U.C.E. No refund. No hesitation. No kidding. That is it. That's our anti-spam policy.

How Can I make referrals if I Can't Use Email?
You can always include a mention about the FREE ISP Network in any normal email message. Just do not ever send an email to anyone for the sole purpose of telling them about the FREE ISP Network. That's the difference. One good way to use email responsibly is to always include a small footer message in your email signature telling folks about the FREE ISP Network.

What is spam?
Spam (unsolicited commercial e-mail) is an email message that you send to someone when they did not ask for it. Usually it is commercial in nature but not always.

What is your anti-spam policy?
As mentioned above: We have zero tolerance towards spam, if you spam, your ISP-FREE.Net Account will be terminated, your referrals will be wiped clean from our system, and you will be forever banned from The FREE ISP Network. 

Where To Report Spammers?
If you have been spammed by one of our members, please report it by using our Online Contact Form. Immediate action will be taken. Please include the spam email, and also the member's id.

If you are a member who receives spam you can forward it to your local Congressperson and Senator. Perhaps if they get enough spam in their inbox they will take legislative action to protect your inbox.
