I found a website that offers free dial-up that I would like to have. But I have to download the link to get it of course. So my question is how do I get that free internet when I don’t have internet to put it on my computer in the first place? Any help would be phenomenal.

Though I’m not sure which neighbour it is, I’m certain they work hard for their money and would not want to suffer the teensiest, tiniest, nearly unnoticable loss of bandwidth by sharing their wireless connection with anyone else, even when the hour of day suggests they themselves are not using it at all. I will rest easier once I discover an easy way one might leech oneself onto their service and get free internet access, allowing me to blanket the neighborhood with flyers advising this unknown character of this weakness in their security. It would be particularly alarming if their were some handy, convenient key-gen program available which would make it easy for someone to gain access, even if they, much like myself, had only a limited knowledge of computers.
I know what your thinking: wouldn’t any good christian gladly share with a neighbour, us all being brothers? Yes, of course they would, but we must respect their decision, however misguided, to prevent access to others, however needy or well-meaning.
If the neighbors are using wep there are several good wep crackers that can be found. Some even run on windows! If using WPA that is a different nut to crack! Of course most wireless routers will revert to factory settings if the reset button is held down for 30 seconds, opening up the network to the world. So the smart neighbor will have used WPA and secured his router away from prying eyes! As many neighbors are not this smart, the use of a high gain directional antenna will sometime reveal the neighbors with the lesser capabilities allowing the squirrels to fill their coffers.

There are lots of ways to get free and low cost traffic to your website. Here are things you can try:
Write some articles and submit them to www.ezinearticles.com, goarticles.com (and many others – you can do a google search to find the most popular ones).
Post comments on similar websites with a link back to your site (make sure your comment is interesting, helpful, etc.)
Post on forums related to what your website is about (you can find forums by using google search). Make sure to put a link to your site in your signature line, and read the forum rules carefully!
Post an ad about your website on www.craigslist.com, backpage.com, US Free Ads (make sure to read the rules about posting ads first!)
Social Bookmarking – you can set up a free account at onlywire.com, then sign up for the bookmarking sites on there. Also sign up for a Digg account at digg.com
Social Networking – Facebook and MySpace are very popular and could bring you a lot more traffic. Set up accounts on each, join some groups related to your site and participate in them, send friend requests out to others with sites related to yours. And then there’s also Twitter. Set up an account and start following people who’s sites relate to yours. There is an inexpensive course/guide you can get that shows you how to get lots of traffic using twitter. Make sure that you don’t promote too much on Twitter though (read the rules!). There are so many different things you can do with Twitter that can really bring you a lot of traffic, which is why a course/guide is best to show you exactly what to do.
Twitter is a very, very popular way right now for getting tons of targeted traffic!

There is no way to get a free domain name. It costs the registrar money to register the domain with the domain registry, so any registrar who offered Free Domain Names would go out of business quickly.
Domain Registration is really inexpensive (some places offer it as low as $1.95 USD). I’m sure that there are some registrars who would accept payment by check or money order.
Where can I find a website to let me get a Free Domain Name. I don’t want to have to complete a trial offer or sign up for anything other than the web service. If no such thing exists, just give me a list of free website creators without a domain name.
